Who we are
We help our clients to prepare for, manage, and navigate through high-profile issues and crises with the goal of preserving and enhancing reputations.
We go beyond telling you the tactics and messages you need to use to respond to a crisis – we help you lead the way.
The crucible of a crisis does not develop your skill set. It reveals it.
Kith is an elite crisis preparation, response and recovery firm focused on one thing: your reputation. We have decades of experience with clients ranging from large corporations to medium-sized businesses to non-profits and trade associations.
We have served clients in a wide range of industries including agriculture, aviation, child care, energy, food service, government contracting, health care, higher education, hospitality and entertainment, law, manufacturing, occupational licensing, professional sports and telecommunications.
But we’re more than just crisis communications consultants. Many other crisis firms parachute in, tell you what to do and parachute out. We immediately become part of your team, and we care for our clients at a personal level in addition to a professional one. We not only advise on response strategy but also coach executives to lead their teams during crisis.
And our insights and recommendations go beyond the crisis at hand. Many of our tools and practices apply in non-crisis situations. We are gratified that our clients continue to use our methods and insights long after our engagement is over.
Response alone is not enough
No bulletproof reputation was ever built on crisis response alone. Companies can either stumble from one crisis to the next, or they can take steps to make their reputation resilient. You must also know your risks, anticipate potential pitfalls and recognize when smoke may become fire. Remember, the easiest crisis to respond to is the one that didn’t happen.
Kith didn’t come in and tell us, ‘Here’s our formula. Here’s the playbook.’ Instead, the relationship that we’ve built with Kith has been much more with them personally in the room, and us learning. Them being in the foxhole with us, personally, is what makes working with them so rewarding.

Be Prepared for What Comes after Election Night
It’s almost here. Based on retail stores, you might think “it” is Christmas, but “it” is not. No, “it” is Election Day. Most years, elections just kind of happen. People vote, wait for the results to be announced, celebrate or not, and then go on with their daily...
